Job description
CTA is seeking a Fullstack software developer to support multiple initiatives to productize our data offerings. As an engineer in this ground-floor initiative, you will play a central role in building internal and external applications that empower customers to manage and make sense of their data. This opportunity offers the chance to shape a high-impact project from the ground up, leveraging modern web technologies and engineering practices, all while working with a passionate, cross-functional team.
You’ll work within the supportive framework of an established, mission-driven organization with a history of delivering transformative solutions, focused on crafting a high quality product. The ideal candidate will have a keen product sense, high standards for quality, and a strong sense of prioritization for incremental delivery. This role will have a strong product and UI/UX focus, with lots of collaborative work with our product and data engineering teams. We are building products to empower our customers to run effective programs and help bring clarity to pressing analytics problems.

CTA seeks to uplevel program impact by unlocking the potential of data, using software and data engineering, and removing the barriers to entry. Job requirements
As a Full Stack engineer, you should:
Have proficiency with git and Github for version control in collaborative projects
Experience with ReactJS (or a similar framework) and Django (or a similar backend framework).
Have been around or used Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
Be able to develop and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring reliability, accessibility, and security
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers
Have strong collaboration skills, including working with product managers to define and implement features.
Have experience working with cloud-based infrastructure projects with multiple engineers or contributors

Salary and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience in the range of $130,000-$155,000 annually.
